This sprightly cava is made with a blend of three grape varieties - Macabeo, Xarello, and Parellada - all carefully selected fron the Montsarra vineyard in the Penedes region of Spain.
Using the Traditional Method Champénoise, these three varieties are combined to create a base wine to which sugar and yeast are added. This base wine then undergoes a slow, second fermentation in the depth of the cellars on the Montsarra estate.
The cellar conditions, constant temperature and protection from light are optimal for the creation of this excellent, unique cava.
Color: Pale and sparkling with lasting bubbles
Palate: Fruity and vigorous
