Delbeck

Brut Heritage - Made from 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. A perfectly balanced, lively champagne characterized by a rich, subtle bouquet. This wine will fully satisfy the most compelling craving for Champagne.  Non-vintage brut Champagne is a sparkling wine blended to a particular house style. Delbeck's Brut Heritage is made in a powerful, full-bodied style from grapes cultivated in the vineyards of Montagne de Reims and the Côtes des Blancs. Each year, 25% of reserve wine is added to the blend in order to maintain a level of consistency and complexity according to the house style. Average ageing time on the lees for the wine is 3 years.

Brut Heritage Rosé - Pinot Noir (90%) gives this wine its roundness and Chardonnay (10%) its finesse. It is renowned for its color: gold with a hint of salmon-pink.  The blend of Delbeck's Brut Rosé has been enhanced by 10% of still wine from the vineyards of Bouzy, a cru with a 100% rating in the Champagne classification system. For those keen on experimenting with different food and wine combinations, this Champagne has the body and complexity to accompany a variety of dishes: try it with duck made with a raspberry reduction!

Bouzy Grand Cru - 80% Pinot noir, 20% Chardonnay. A unique and distinctive Champagne from the grand cru village of Bouzy. The wine displays an aroma of red fruits, and strength and freshness dominate the palate.  Bouzy is one of 17 villages in France's Champagne area classified as 100% Grand Cru in the Appelation Contrôlée ratings. The average ageing time on the lees for this wine is a minimum of 3 years.

Cramant Grand Cru - Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown and harvested in the vineyards surrounding the village of Cramant, one of the first 'Côtes des Blancs' villages to have the appellation rating of 100% Grand Cru.  This elegant and stylish wine shows a great deal of complexity, and when paired with Delbeck's other grand cru Champagne, Bouzy, shows the fascinating contrast between the varying styles of wine produced in the region of Champagne.

Vintage - Only declared in exceptional years, 1990 being one of the best during the 20th century. This is the tribute a great Champagne house pays to a great harvest.  Made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, this is a blend of the finest cuvées pressed from grapes originating exclusively in vineyards rated over 90% on the cru classification scale: Bouzy, Ambonnay, Avize, and Chouilly. The wine is aged for over 8 years on the lees, and its sensational taste and flavor is almost enough to make you cry
